Why the AWI Fellowship Exists

Talent is everywhere. Access is not.

Talented African students can compete for some of the best opportunities in finance, investing, and business. But access to the knowledge, networks, mentorship, and early exposure that open those doors is not equally distributed.

AWI Fellowship exists to close that gap.

Fellows receive structured education, practical learning, career preparation, mentorship, and access to a growing professional community — building both the skills and relationships needed to pursue ambitious careers.
