Why The Exchange Exists

A great fellowship ends. A great community doesn't.

AWI was never intended to become a collection of one-time programs.

The Exchange keeps participants connected beyond an individual fellowship, class, or event — creating a year-round space for relationships, learning, professional development, and opportunity.
