Every organization has someone who turns ambition into a calendar. At AWI, that’s Uget. As Chief Operating Officer, she owns execution across the organization: programs, people, and the systems that keep a growing leadership team moving in the same direction. She is studying Liberal Arts at Soka University of America with a focus on economics, mathematics, and finance, served as a Mayoral Fellow with the City of Detroit, and co-founded MoneyLink, a fintech initiative expanding financial accessibility in Africa. She has built inside a startup and inside city government; she brings both perspectives to AWI.
